Refers to policies and practices for guidance.Basic Qualifications:- Provide administrative support, i.e., filing, reviewing, editing of financial data, to limitation of funds program.- Assist with financial administrative aspects of unit Travel program to include, but not limited to, unit Government Travel Cards.- Assist with coordination involving internal and external entities to ensure funding availabilities.- Assist with administrative aspects of special entitlements for unit members.- Ensure accuracy/processing of travel vouchers.- Assist with management of unit Orders for Travel using appropriate systems and classification modalities.- Be able to follow unit Travel readiness documentation (i.e., SOPs).- Assist with reporting of accurate quarterly budget metrics are provided to unit leadership within specified suspense dates.Desired Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
