Certification: Security+ CE & PMP Certification

Job Description:
  • Plans, manages, and executes IT projects and task orders. Individual will be responsible for providing project oversight and management of project teams. Individual should be able to work under limited direction; capable of leading and managing large and highly complex IT project

Required Education:
  • BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience managing contracts of similar scope and size.
  • 5+ years of experience working DoD agencies.

Required Skills:
  • Experience working in global organization and across cultural boundaries.
  • Knowledge on Program Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management.
  • Demonstrated skills interacting with Senior Leaders.
  • Experience leading large projects /programs.
  • Experience working with third party suppliers.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict and drive resolution.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Focused on results, proactive, service-oriented.
  • Ability to drive for results through effective leadership and coaching skills.
