Opportunity at a GlanceWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to lead and coordinate online course development initiatives for university-level programs. This role partners closely with instructional designers, faculty, and academic leadership to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital learning experiences. The Project Manager also liaises with technical teams, administrative staff, external vendors and consultants as needed to support project success.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with academic stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for online course development.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with instructional design and academic calendars.Coordinate cross-functional teams—including faculty, media producers, and learning designers—through all phases of course development.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.Identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary.Facilitate regular status updates and communicate changes in scope, schedule, or resources to stakeholders.Manage vendor relationships and balance internal and external resources effectively.Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and contributing to process enhancements.Provide coaching and feedback to project contributors to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accessibility standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
