Scope of Work:1) Contractor will provide an experienced senior technical project manager to be responsible forthe end-to-end planning and implementation of Microsoft Defender for the serverenvironment, including business planning, task management, scheduling, vendormanagement, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, and follow-up activities.2) Contractor will provide an experienced senior systems engineer with a minimum of ten (10)years’ experience along with a junior systems engineer with a minimum of three (3) years’experience in deploying and maintaining End Point Protection in Enterprise Environments.The contractor team will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and implementation ofMicrosoft Defender for the server environment, including:

Deploy Microsoft Defender to all server and virtual machines

Enable real-time protection: Ensure that real-time protection is enabled to detect and

prevent malware from executing.

Schedule regular scans: Schedule regular scans to ensure that all systems are checked

for malware and vulnerabilities.

Document all exclusions for all servers

Configure exclusions

Configure reports

Maintain Microsoft Defender and ensure systems and policies have the latest protection

against emerging threats

Use endpoint detection and response (EDR) capabilities: Utilize the endpoint detection

and response (EDR) capabilities to investigate and respond to security
