Description We are seeking a Property Administrator in Annapolis, MD. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. As a Property Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting the operations of housing programs, including the management of applicant intake, verification of eligibility, and certification of documents. You will also carry out clerical and administrative tasks related to the housing programs.Responsibilities: Oversee the operations of various housing programs Conduct applicant intake procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy Verify the eligibility of applicants for the housing programs Certify documents related to housing programs Undertake administrative and clerical tasks pertinent to the housing programs Utilize CRM to manage and track applicant data Assist in budget processes for housing program operations Manage properties within the housing programs effectively.Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant field Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Demonstrated knowledge of budget processes and financial management Experience in property management, including leasing, and tenant relations Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational and administrative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and business needs.
