OVERVIEWHendall Inc., is seeking a Proposal Pricing Analyst to join our Business Proposal Team. The Proposal Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and preparing pricing and complete Business/Cost Volumes in response to government and commercial solicitations. This will involve close coordination with Accounting, Project Control, program staff, and Business Development. The Proposal Pricing Analyst will serve as a Hendall Business Proposal point of contact and will be responsible for the review and compliance of any subcontractor pricing. This position will work alongside members of the technical proposal team to ensure final proposals are complete, compliant, and ready for submission.The Proposal Pricing Analyst will be an integral part of our rapidly expanding proposal team and will have the opportunity to develop their skills in a small business environment. As Hendall continues to grow there is the potential for the duties and responsibilities of this position to expand as well.

DUTIES
  • Lead various Hendall cost proposal efforts, working closely with Business Development and members of the technical proposal team to ensure consistency and accuracy between both the Business and Technical Proposal Volumes
  • Prepare complete, compliant, and high-quality Business Proposal / Cost Volumes per RFP instructions
  • Participate in proposal planning and strategy meetings; to include technical proposal reviews as necessary
  • Review and analyze RFPs, identifying questions for submittal, and advising the Proposal Team of unique requirements
  • Attend and lead proposal pricing meetings, to include the preparation of cost review packages to be presented to leadership
  • Serve as Pricing / Business Proposal point of contact for Hendall teaming partners
  • Obtain and verify pricing from teaming members / subcontractors and vendors for a variety of cost elements
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on other proposals
  • Support various departmental business management and operations functions
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all pricing templates/documentation/historical data
  • Perform any and all other duties as may be assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 1 to 4 years of related work experience with government contracting (Professional Services)
  • Self-starter with ability to define tasking, manage workload from multiple sources, and independently resolve multifaceted situations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and produce high-quality results in order to meet specific deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work with and support all levels of management and staff
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a strong attention to details

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Specific Federal Government contracting and proposal experience
  • Working knowledge of the FAR and government acquisition process
  • Experience working with, and pricing, various contract types (FP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, etc.)
  • Experience developing and creating complete business proposal responses to Federal Government solicitations
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
