Duration: Long-term aria-hidden="true" Any Visa Experience: 10+ Years Responsibilities: Responsible for delivery of the project within large account Own complete delivery responsibility working for P&C carrier Onshore-Offshore coordination with delivery team Streamline delivery (people, process, tools) Gather metrics and plan for Continuous Improvement Identify and implement best practices (industry and customer) Should have worked on high paced environment, where team is pushed to excel improving engineering processes. Someone who is working on weekly and daily releases Identify skill gaps and plan for skill augmentation Take part on various customer status and escalation calls Skills: 10+ years of experience in QA project management Experience in Insurance industry in P&C Rich Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology Hands-on experience in Automation (developing/ enhancing frameworks) Experience leveraging AI/ML solution for bringing efficiencies in testing Experience test management and reporting using Microsoft ADO Experience setting up CI/CD processes from testing standpoint Work closely with Architects to validate solution/design and provide guidance Have prior experience in C# or Java ,web-based applications development Transitioning from manual to 100% automation Team management, mentoring and leadership development Excellent communication Experience in QA process in methodology developing/ enhancing documentation, templates, checklists Worked on implementation of QA best practices that helps in reducing cost, improving quality and reduce test cycle time.
