Location: Baltimore, MD Salary: 50 Description: Our client is currently seeking a QA SPECIALIST

The Program is moving forward to transform the finance systems and processes and fully separate the systems from existing finance systems. The program will move from Peoplesoft financials to Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") Cloud. As a result of changes to Codeblock structure, financial processes and data elements as part of the program, several HR integrations, reports, systems and its processes are impacted. These impacts comprise areas such as Core HR, time entry, compensation accounting, and payroll.The focus of the Test workstream will be to validate that the built components meet the business and functional requirements through integrated end to end scenarios with the project teams. The Testing Team will perform the following Test activities:• System Integration Testing and Payroll Compare:

o Prepare a System Integration Test ("SIT") Plan based on the Test Strategy in order to validate system components are fully developed and meet all configuration, functional, integration performance, and role-based security requirements in the RTM and Business Requirements Document.o Create and track SIT readiness checklist to track activities required to be ready for test, including an identified person responsible for each tasko Prepare and execute system integration tests which test the functionality and modifications of all in-scope RICEFW inventory described below as well as OBIEE and Splash BI reporting.o Document integration test results and defects in the SIT & UAT Summary Reports.

o Actively track and manage the SIT lifecycle, including test execution and defect resolution. Create metrics dashboards and reports to monitor progress.

• User Acceptance Testing ("UAT"):o Prepare a UAT Test Plan based on the Test Strategy to validate that the system meets end-user expectations as documented in the Requirements Traceability Matrix.o Prepare UAT Test Scripts based on defined test scenarioso Create and track UAT readiness checklist to track activities required to be ready for test, including an identified person responsible for each tasko Document SIT and UAT test results and defects in the respective SIT & UAT Summary Reports.• Defect Remediation: Includes addressing code and configuration defects identified in the in-scope code and configurations located in Assumptions, SIT and UAT Summary Reports, conversion defects identified in mocks and Integration defects identified during testing.o Resolve Project defects found during all test cycles.o Resolving defects for third-party or partner applications, interfaces, or infrastructure will be the responsibility of our client or our client's third-party vendors, however resource will assist our client in coordinating resolution of these defects.o Defects will be logged in Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management ("ALM').
