TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Principle responsibilities

As the manager of talent acquisition, you'll be instrumental in enabling our long-term growth and continued expansion. You will develop and lead a talent management team delivering against our mission to hire best-in-class talent while creating an unforgettable employer brand. Further, you will define, develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives consistent with current market trends. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively lead the Talent Acquisition department and FEI’s full life cycle recruiting processes.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • 8-10 years’ experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced Information Technology and software development environment
  • Proven ability, with 3-5 years’ experience managing, mentoring and developing a team of recruiters and staffing specialists to ensure achievement of KPIs/metrics
  • Proven track record of filling positions with high quality candidates within aggressive time constraints
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to operate autonomously prioritizing multiple tasks and timelines
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills at all levels within the organization
  • A flexible approach with the ability to collaborate across internal business units, functions and geographic regions to build consensus and drive tangible results
  • Commitment to building strong relationships and partnering with hiring managers, business leaders and human resources colleagues to advocate for the candidate responsiveness and resource needs of the organization
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and engage talent
  • Ability to be fluid and quickly understand and respond to changing business needs in a fast-moving and demanding environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high EQ and strong communication ability to build professional relationships and trust throughout the business
