Description The Leidos Health group has an opening for a Research Participant Experience Operations Lead to support a National Institutes of Health (NIH) customer conducting one of the largest longitudinal studies to date. This is an exciting opportunity to use your training experience helping the NIH mission.Contingent upon contract award.The Research Participant Experience Operations Lead (PEOL) plays a critical role in ensuring the operational success and exceptional user experience of participant-facing platforms, tools, and services used in a nationwide longitudinal research study funded by NIH. By managing various aspects of configuration, compliance, quality, enhancement, maintenance, and staff training, the PEOL contributes to the overall success of the program and helps create a positive and engaging experience for participants.Primary Responsibilities

User Experience and Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement strategies that enhance participant engagement and satisfaction with the platforms and tools.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of participant-facing platforms and tools.

Enhancement and Maintenance: Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement of the user experience and oversee the implementation of necessary updates and maintenance tasks.

Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs for staff members who interact with participant-facing platforms, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide effective support.

Content Delivery and Management: Ensure the efficient delivery and management of content on participant-facing platforms, maintaining consistency and relevancy.

Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align operational requirements and address any issues or challenges that arise.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze relevant data and metrics to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of participant-facing platforms and tools.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to propose and implement innovative solutions that enhance participant experience and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems) and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of research-participant-facing platforms, tools, and services.

Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations related to user data protection and privacy.

Knowledge of the research consent process.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting NIH-funded research.

Experience in training and supporting staff members on enterprise systems.

Pay Range:Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
