Join us! SummaryWe are enthusiastically searching for all levels of Roadway, Traffic and Drainage Designers and Engineers to join our growing team throughout Maryland and Virginia. Selected candidates can expect to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects.Key roles include:Junior level, mid-level and senior level Roadway, Traffic and Drainage EngineersRoadway, Traffic and Drainage CAD Designers Desired skillsets for Roadway include:Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experienceExperience or interest in complex interstate highway designExperience with Bentley Microstation and Open RoadsExperience or interest in developing design packages for highway improvement projects.Experience in Roadway Design calculations including Superelevation, Stopping Sight Distance (SSD), Decision Sight Distance (DSD), Acceleration and Deceleration lanes.Experience in all aspects of MOT design, including, but not limited to: Cross Sections, Typical Cross Sections, Traffic Control Plans, Profiles, Temporary Signing and Pavement Markings, Detour RoutesExperience using the 2018 AASHTO Green Book. Desired skillsets for Traffic include:Experience in large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects, specifically highway transportation projectsExperience with Bentley Microstation and Open RoadsExperience in signing/pavement marking designExperience with traffic signal designExperience in Interstate design, and complex interchanges preferred. Desired skillsets for Drainage include:Experience in large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projectsExperience with Bentley Microstation and Open RoadsTechnical expertise in highway drainage design including, but not limited to: Storm Drain Design, Cross Culvert Analysis and Design, Hydrology, Ditch Design, Bridge Deck Drainage, Temporary Drainage, Stormwater Quantity Control
