- Specializing in dealing with insurance claims for wind, tree, hail, storm, flood, and fire damage
- Proficient in framing, siding, metal work , gutters, and working with adjacent systems.
- Offers extended manufacturer-backed warranties
- 7-10 day lead time
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers and inspect roofs
- Document and capture photos of damage
- Upload photos to our CAD generator and build scope. Supplement as necessary.
- Collect deposits and signed contracts (physically or digitally)
- Visit job site during installation, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Conduct final walk-throughs, pick up nails with a magnetic sweeper
- Collect all payments
- Issue All Work LLC’s warranty to customers
- Solicit customer reviews
Requirements:
- Experience walking roofs and carrying necessary equipment, including a 24-foot ladder
- Liability insurance
- Own vehicle
- Home improvement sales license
- Door-to-door sales license

Compensation:
- 17% of profit for leads provided by the company
- 50% of profit for leads generated independently (less if you aren't doing one of the responsibilities noted above.)
