The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a passion for technology solutions, and a proven track record of upselling and cross-selling Hardware Technology, Value-Added Services (VAS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) to SMB clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.What you will do:
Lead, manage, and motivate a cross sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for Hardware, VAS and SaaS solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the SMB market.
Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the team.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the team informed and competitive.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the VAS and SaaS solutions space.
Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling to SMB clients.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
