As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You'll be acting as a trusted advisor to our internal business/technology teams and external clients, and an effective consultant for other Salesforce professionals working within Fiserv. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, interpersonal skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain trust to get your visions built into successful solutions.Responsibilities Conduct research into the use of Salesforce, producing written proposals, designs (graphical), recommended steps and roadmaps for Salesforce solutions Collaborate with internal teams and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept Review solutions qualify them or recommend improvements Own the design of Salesforce and other affiliated Sales Tech solutions Act as a release consultant, approving configuration including hands-on deploying Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story or project Describe, illustrate, modify designs with defendable constraints Ensure documentation of the steps for testing Collaborative project and workstream planningQualifications 5 years experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects Excellent communication skills written, electronic, and voice/in person Financial industry experience is a plus Marketing/Sales experience within any industry Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience Salesforce Designer certification Salesforce Architecture certification Active in the Salesforce communitySkills Strong abilities with roles, profiles, sharing, record types, permission sets SSO and MFA Connected applications Experience with Key management or SFDC Shield experience would be a plus Pro-active and organized Excellent relationship-building skills Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
