Our client in Bethesda, MD is looking for a Talented Scrum Master for a contract to hire position - 1 day in the office. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Act as Scrum master for a dedicated scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
- Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
- Work with other scrum masters in the delivery team to ensure that our ways of working are consistent where possible.
