Software Developer, Applications (Mid Level) [SharePoint application developer]

Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software in Java Script, HTML5, CSS3, REST (API Calls), Microsoft SharePoint (on premise and online), ColdFusion, and C#/.NET. Troubleshoots and solves production problems related to software applications in a responsive manner.
Designs, develops, tests, debugs, builds, and coordinates the upgrade, conversion, and/or integration of products.
Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to multiple existing systems simultaneously.
Communicates and coordinates with project teams, stakeholders, enterprise architects, and management to identify, prioritize, and implement application requirements.
Participates in Agile development methodologies and is proactive in identifying day-to-day project work and responsible for its completion.
Mentors, instructs, advises, and checks the work of other software developers within the organization.
Ability to work in controlled and repeatable SDLC managed with agile methodologies.
Uses existing software development tools in conjunction with agile methodologies to include Microsoft Visual Studio, VersionOne, and Subversion. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools.
Participates in development of software user manuals and training materials.
