Part of the Global Partnerships capability, the Partner Account Management (PAM) teamis dedicated to onboarding and supporting Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients.With a focus on technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals, the PAMteam is the primary contact for GMP clients, providing the strategic and technical support needed to ensure the platform drives performance against their goals. The Senior Partner Account Manager is a strategic advisor to main GMP clients, managing complex implementations and driving platform adoption at scale. Reporting to our VP of Partnership Account Management, you will focus on high-value accounts, renewal negotiations, and expansion strategies to maximize client success and business growth.The salary range for this position is between $80,000-95,000 USD.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of high-value GMP clients, providing expert guidance ontechnology usage and best practices.Lead strategic account planning sessions, aligning GMP capabilities with client goals.Escalate issues for complex technical challenges, working to resolve issues.Promote renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities to increase platforminvestment.Deliver client training sessions, product updates, and expertise presentations.Partner with our teams to advocate for client needs and influence GMP productroadmaps.Work with teams to provide comprehensive client solutions.Mentor junior PAMs and contribute to knowledge-sharing programs within the team.
