Part of the Global Partnerships capability, the Ad Tech Solutions team is dedicated to onboarding and supporting Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients. With a focus on technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals, the team is the primary support unit for platform technical support needed to ensure the platform drives performance against their goals.As a Senior Manager, Ad Tech Solutions, you will play an important role in the success of the Partnership team, by being a platform specialist for SA360 and up-skilling across additional GMP platforms such as CM360, DV360, and GA4. Reporting to our Sr. Director of AdTech Solutions, you will onboard, and support Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients, driving relationships while ensuring they receive the best service and observing ticket SLAs for reactive client queries and best practices.The salary range for this position is $80,000 - 95,000 USD annually.ResponsibilitiesResolve a variety of platform (CM/DV/SA) questions relating to simpler user access, creative approvals, spend issues., up to more complex integrated product questions.Lead platform demos to clients, explaining the functionality, implementation approach, and business benefits of the GMP.Complete scorecards and basic audits for GMP products and communicate the value of the adopted features.Complete account build tasks (account creation, linking, floodlight/audience creation) associated with platform onboarding and implementation engagements.Provide consultative, tailored recommendations that have broader effects for the client and guide GMP product adoption.Provide guidance and training to junior team members.Collaborate with the Partnership Account Management team to provide recommendations for clients related to driving GMP product adoption.Attend client calls to serve as the product liaison responsible for communicating product solutions and value adds relative to the GMP technology.Follow best practices about our service offerings, and respond to and resolve our tickets using prioritization to ensure tickets are resolved within SLAs
