PURPOSE:The SrBusiness Change Analst will provide day-to-day support of all Organization Change Management capabilities as needed for specific organizational change initiatives. This role will own the logistics and execution tasks required to deliver change support (e.g., communications, stakeholder alignment, training) across all levels and functions of the Information Technology organization. The Change Manager will work closely with the Change Project Lead and business counterparts to implement and drive change adoption.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Partner to support process enhancements and key program interventions as required. Lead and guide project teams in the effort to transform, develop and implement initiatives design to support people, business and technology change impact ensuring effective adoption. Develops, delivers, and coordinates organizational change management work, including stakeholder management, sponsorship, communications, training, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership, organizational design/effectiveness, business transformation, and culture.
- Provide strategy and change management thought leadership support to executives, sponsors, clients and/or business owners. Support integration of Organizational Change Management into initiative approaches and methodologies.
- Engage with partners in Training, Communications, Content Management to improve our change impact, communications, collaboration and adoption of change initiatives.
- Lead the annual Strategy Development process and thoroughly understand their client group's strategic priorities, the business imperatives, and customers business.
- Provide guidance and coaching to project team members of varying levels and disciplines on change management best practices. Coach and mentor junior staff members.
- 5 years experience in OCM practices.
- Strong relationship skills able to communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and handle confidential information properly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including presentation and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Ability to motivate others and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution.
- Knowledge of process engineering methods and evaluation criteria.
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
- Knowledge of process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to work with data and analytics.
