Senior Estate Planning Attorney

Description We are seeking an Attorney/Lawyer to join our investment advisory firm located in HUNT VALLEY, Maryland. In this role, you'll work closely with various teams and clients, focusing on estate planning and trust administration. Responsibilities: Develop estate plans and draft essential documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney Conduct thorough reviews and summaries of trust and key estate planning documents Implement strategies to minimize estate tax for high-net-worth individuals and families Oversee the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and client wishes Negotiate, prepare, and finalize business transactions, including the formation of LLCs, corporations, and partnerships Collaborate with senior leaders to manage complex legal matters Advise clients on gifting strategies and rules Keep abreast of changes in estate planning laws and regulations Utilize estate planning software to assist in managing estate planning processes Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.Requirements 7-10 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration and/or estate administrationMaintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-upStrong knowledge of estate tax laws and strategies for tax minimizationAbility to manage multiple complex projects efficiently and effectivelyExceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and colleaguesSolid understanding of key financial concepts and can communicate them effectively Thrive in collaborative environments and foster strong relationships within your teamQualified candidates should directly apply and connect with Amy Hyman Baum on LinkedIn.
