The Underwriting Systems Rating Team is looking for a highly motivated .Net developer with excellent technical and analytical skills to join our team as a Senior Programmer Analyst. The individual must be self-motivated, team player with excellent problem-solving skills and familiar with the full project life cycle. In addition, must possess a strong sense of ownership, be driven to achieve successful results and able to quickly adjust to changing priorities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience building .Net web-based applications with C#, web services, HTML and SQL
  • Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, building and deploying applications
  • Experience with the Agile Methodology
  • Experience with C#, web services and XML
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented development, use of design patterns and system architecture
  • Ability to work independently, yet function as an integral part of a team, take initiative and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - including verbal, written, and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability using Azure DevOps and building and deploying web-based applications
  • Proven ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
  • A proven track record of driving results and the use of metrics to provide solutions
