Direct client of Merritt technical Associates Inc is looking for a Python Developer with min 8/10 yrs of experience for their Equity Investments Quantitative Equity development team.Must have skills:PythonAWS platform and working experienceSQL expertise8-10 years experience so Senior developers onlyPromotion/Testing Skills requiredEquity / Investments Domain experience – nice to have, but not required.The project will involve;-Legacy fundamental data analytics calculator tool migration to a new platform including workflows, calculation conversions-Python, SQL and AWS cloud component design-Legacy code (R, Perl) involvement but no direct coding , only migration away from these libraries.-Expansion of new Python analytic tools as required-Experience and Comfort working with front office business analysts and researchers.
