Senior Systems Architect

N-3 Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Architect for its direct government client. This is a 2-year project based in Baltimore, MD. Project background:The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE), an independent unit of state government, provides accessible, affordable health coverage to Marylanders. MHBE is responsible for the administration of Maryland Health Connection (MHC), the state’s health insurance marketplace. Through MHC, Maryland residents explore health insurance plans, compare rates, and determine their eligibility for advanced premium tax credits (APTC), cost sharing reductions (CSR) and public assistance programs such as Medicaid and the Maryland Children’s Health Insurance Program (MCHP). MHBE seeks one (1) Senior Systems Architect to provide systems architecture services related to implementing, enhancing and maintaining the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) functions for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (HBX) and related systems. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Masters’ Degree is strongly preferred
• A technical RPA certification such as UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent.
• Certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in architecting complex enterprise systems performing all aspects of system architecture.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with architecting large scale enterprise solutions.
• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated information technology experience in application development, DevOps engineering, and systems architecture.
• A minimum of four (4) years of RPA solutioning experience working with the business and technology stakeholders eliciting policy/operational requirements and implementing robust RPA technology solutions.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with providing enterprise database solutions and data warehouse management.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Systems Architect or as a Solutions Expert developing and/or supporting federal or state-based marketplaces, or in the health and human services domains.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in design, development, testing and implementation of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in UiPath AI/ML document extraction, Bot development, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or other RPA tool sets.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience with PostgreSQL/SQL databases and establishing data warehouses or data integration solutions.
• Prior experience with building Web Service enabled applications (SOAP and RESTful).
• Prior experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, Struts, Hibernate.
• Prior experience with ETL tools, such as Informatica.
