Must haves:ServiceNow Integration HUB Expert Job RequirementsSeeking:Responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of integrations across the ServiceNow platform. Candidate will be a member of the program architecture team and collaborate with many groups to further design, implement and maintain best of breed solutions enabling the Agency's multi-system environment to operate together efficiently. A successful candidate will have a history of providing exceptional customer service, working independently, and a demonstrated foundation in ServiceNow architecture and development, highlighting experience with Integration Hub and custom integration development.Job Responsibilities:Define the architecture of ServiceNow integrations and oversee their successful deploymentUtilize Integration Hub Pro/Enterprise spokes, applications, and Flow Designer for solutions (past experience integrating with Jira a plus)Deliver products and services defined throughout the life cycle of the project and resolve post-production deficienciesProvide primary point of contact for technical project teams for ServiceNow integration solutionsUtilize proven development experience to manage and participate in designing Workflows, Business Rules, Dashboards, Script Includes, Notifications, Integrations, process automation application customization using scripting, forms, lists, tables, Business Rules, UI Scripts, Flow Designer, etc. to deliver solutions that meet requirements through agile stories.Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation through requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementationBuild transform maps to import external data sources and maintain integrationsProvide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmapCommunicate with technical and non-technical customers by answering questions related to ServiceNow PlatformProvide additional support based on subject matter expertiseConfigure and maintain ServiceNow Mid-servers.Works with Customer Managers, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Designers, and senior levels stakeholders.Collaborates with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for the delivery of highly performing, transformative solutions.Maintains ServiceNow certifications with the latest delta exams.Achieves additional certifications as dictated by changing business needs.Establishes self as technical liaison working to drive comprehensive solutions across the entire portfolio of stakeholders.Required Skills:4+ years working with designing / developing technical solutions for ServiceNow.
