Dependable person needed for short-term bookkeeping/admin work in December and January. Twice a week, flexible with the day (M-F and/or weekends); Hours: 11 am - 2 pm or 12 pm - 3 pm (not flexible). Extra hours may be available, depending on the workload.

Responsibilities are limited to:

Office/administrative duties that include basic bookkeeping and budget preparation skills (intermediate Excel and Word skills required - Quickbooks experience a plus)

Fluency in English required as the ability to do general Internet research, make phone calls, read/write/respond to inquiries and mail, organize and file paperwork is needed

Develop checklists and draft letters to business organizations

Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Office set up tasks: Must be able to move boxes up to 20lbs to from the office to another room

Remote and telecommuting non-negotiable (on-site only)

Location: East Baltimore near Kennedy Krieger; 15-minute walk from Kennedy Krieger Institute’s bus stop

Resume and references required (3 work references will be required after the virtual phone interview)

Criminal background check required (may take up to 5 days for the background check)

$15/hr, plus personal transportation reimbursement, monthly, up to $5/day or $4.60/day for bus passes (receipt required)
