Sidewalk Crew Member (6) / Shovelors

Do you know of a good team that can get together and shovel some snow?!?! Are you an individual that can join a team in the fight against Old Man Winter?

We are looking for a sidewalk crew for the Frederick MD area and other nearby areas. Tasks include shoveling / snow blowing sidewalks, cart corrals, store entrances and other areas not reachable by the truck or loader which will be operating at different sites in the area. Must be available EVERY snow event and icy / accumulating slush events day or night, 24/7 No alcohol or drugs. Must be reliable.

We need a team of 6 for this area. One of which must have a drivers license with a good driving record. If this tech can provide his own 4x4 vehicle which will hold a team of 6, compensation will be supplied for his / her vehicle use.

We are paying the driver of the team $30 per hour. (Please note that the driver will still be shoveling at the sites along with the rest of the team). All others on the team will be paid $25 per hour.

Operations begin at a 1 inch trigger during business hours. If snowing overnight operations begin pending on the amount of time needed to complete all assigned sites prior to the stores / businesses opening for the day.

Must be able to withstand the weather conditions.
