We are seeking highly motivated Signals Analytic Technique Developers to join our team and leverage their technical expertise to analyze signals from various sources, including foreign communications, radar, and other electronic systems. As the Signals Analytic Technique Developer , you will apply your base-knowledge in mathematics, computer engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or physics to exploit advanced signals data to aid in Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives to protect U.S. forces around the globe. Your responsibilities will include the following:- Identifying and analyzing waveforms in different domains (e.g., weapon or aircraft systems and communications systems)
- Identifying and analyzing bit streams (e.g., multiplexers, error correction, voice and video compression, and instrumentation systems)
- Identifying and analyzing protocols (e.g., link layer, network layer, and application layer)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in signals analysis (e.g., COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA)
- Relevant experience in the design or engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) and cost accounting systems
