Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for alignment to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree.Desired Skills:The candidate should be able to assume a development role that has a secure and mature Kubernetes infrastructure built inside AWS, including the ability to understand security constraints and details regarding the use of certificates. Candidate will be required to review and understand systems that are configured using best practices and modified using Python. Usage of micro services in a clustered cloud environment should be understood and the effective candidate should be able to recommend courses of action that improve reliability, security, and maintainability. Familiarity with key parts of Kubernetes deployments is a must as is a clear understanding of current AWS product offerings. Candidate should be proficient using source code control processes and ticketing tools in a technologically diverse and fast-moving environment.
