Description In this role, you will be handling financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Your responsibilities in this role:
Supply Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests
Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives
Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner
Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Requirements - Skilled at time management
Strong analytical capabilities and discernment
Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued
3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
Experience with CPA Exam
Month end closings experience
CPA experience
Proven knowledge of CPA Eligible
Knowledge of Public Accounting Audit
Public Accounting experience desired
Experience in SOX control execution/documentation
Understanding of corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
Skilled with ERP systems
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines
Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
