Our direct client, a prestigious financial services company, seeks a Sr. Scrum Master to join their team for a long-term project (6-24 months). Top Skillsets/Job Description:
- Experienced Scrum Master ( 10 years in a Scrum Master role).
- Must have CSM certification.
- Experience as Product Owner or Product Owner certification would be a plus.
- Deep familiarity with how to successfully conduct all Scrum activities including working with Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog, ongoing story refinement with Product Owner and team, sprint planning, capacity planning and management, daily stand ups, roadblock alleviation, sprint reviews, retrospectives/action items for change).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, experience on custom software projects with onshore/offshore/hybrid team members
- Experience with Rally or similar Agile tool
- Excellent communications skills and leadership experience to help new members of the team get up to speed.
