Sr. Specialist, Procure to Pay

Sinclair Broadcast Group is looking for a Sr. Procure to Pay Specialist! This position is a full time in-office role in our Hunt Valley office.Responsibilities include :

High volume AP Data entry (300 plus invoices per week)

Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing of company-wide invoices, achieving or exceeding targets for Accounts Payable

Resolves AP processing exceptions by working with the appropriate external and internal contacts

Researches vendor inquires and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning invoice status and payments

Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings

Work with the Supplier team as appropriate to resolve issues and ensure accurate tax reporting

Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Workflow Approval

Experience :

At least two (2) years of experience is preferred

4-year degree is preferred
