100% Remote (if we have a great candidate above the pay rate please send for review JOB SUMMARY The candidate will be responsible for providing architecture, engineering, and delivery support to Global Workplace Services' mobile products, including but not limited to iOS, Android, and other mobile OSes managed by Intune, Workspace One, and AppDome. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience: Required: • 5 years experience designing, implementing, and managing mobile devices running Android and IOS in some or all of the following areas: VMWare Workspace One, Microsoft Intune. • 3 years experience with Mobile app signing through Google Play Store, Apple App Store. • 3 years experience with mobile application distribution methods (ex. web hooks, application wrapping). • 3 years experience with Apple DEP profiles creation, management, distribution. • 3 years experience with designing, implementing, and managing mobile devices that leverage a BYOD architecture. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences including executives, business stakeholders and IT teams. • Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a member of a team and through cross functional initiatives. • Strong attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities. Preferred: • Experience with integration with one or more of the following tools: Service Now, Nessus Tenable, Lookout. • Demonstrated experience with Design Thinking. • Demonstrated experience with Agile (SAFE). CORE WORK ACTIVITIES• Architects, designs, tests, and implements mobile solutions. • Architects designs, tests, and implements mobile solutions and enhancements. • Documents solutions and performs knowledge transfer via designs, build documents, and run guides to external service providers. • Creates automation and machine learning solutions to increase the speed in which mobile solutions and vulnerability remediations are delivered. • Translates and defines requests into new features, enhancements, or modifications. • Delivers recommendations advising leadership on present risk and whether additional remediation or action is required. • Advocates for any needed policy / engineering enhancements. • Creates and drives development of process and system documentation.
