CO+I operates one of the largest cloud networks on the planet – comprised of more than 160 Datacenters, 130+ edge sites, 2+ million miles of fiber, and millions of servers and network and storagedevices.The CO+I, Datacenter business is looking to fill role of Supply Chain Quality Transformation Leader. The CO+I Supply Chain organization is responsible for delivering Datacenter Procurement for Microsoft’s cloud business. We have a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year Datacenter construction and lease projects. You will be responsible for partnering with the functional team, Engineering and business partners to establish and lead the overall transformation vision and roadmap for supply chain quality.In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate must be a self-starter with proven skills in driving key initiatives with results through engagement with external and internal partners and have a solid business acumen. The candidate will be a problem solver and be resourceful, able to drive change, creative and willing to work with and through others to be successful. Strong executive verbal and written communication skills and analytical thinking are necessary for driving a high level of impact.Responsibilities:Lead and design the Supply Chain Quality transformationroadmap working with stakeholders.

Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with transformation deliverables and milestones.

Lead, guide and support multiple workstream leads / consultants through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process,equipment,policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability.

Leads implementation of change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching.Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices.

Bring Supply Chainqualityexperience and help to shape the vision in alignment with the overall Supply Chain Transformation core team.

Baseline of current process and drive lean processes on the global and regional basis.

Evaluate and engage withinternal andexternal partners to accelerate transformation.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:A minimum of abachelor’sdegreein Engineering, Supply ChainManagement,or related disciplineis required.

A minimum 10+ years of experience in Supply ChainQuality.

Preferred Qualifications:Ability to lead analysis studies in multiple areas and lead project definition and recommendations.

Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change,communication,and training need.

Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant change initiatives from project start to finish.

Ability to lead, guide and coach project team members in supply chain quality regarding processes, global quality, supplier programs, systems, and project management.

Strong project management/process improvement skills, effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve issues; creates actionable strategies and operational plans.

Ability to work effectivelyand partner withDesignEngineering or otherorganizationson processes and programswhich will help improveproductivity,supplier quality and performance.

Supportdevelopment ofrequirementstodeliverDigital solutions for internal customers and suppliers.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale change and influence in a matrixed organization.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership with strong relationship management ability.

Prior experience in managing by influence across multipleglobalteams/groups across an organization.

Prior experienceleading quality improvement programs inElectrical/Electronicand/or mechanical equipmentat a global scale.

Proven track record for identifying risks and implementing mitigations successfully.

Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer and develops processes to deliver outcomes that meet corporate, operations and sourcing goals.

Undaunted by challenges with a drive for executiondelivering excellent results under tight, pressure filled timelines.

Experience withthe process ofRCAs, Supplier Non-Conformances, Technical deviations,Vendor Recovery.
