Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience applying Systems Engineering in a development or production program.
Develop and improve Systems Engineering processes for the company that are appropriate for all levels of system development - from small R&D projects to large systems.
Apply Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques to improve the practice of Systems Engineering.
Capture software and hardware architecture details in modeling tools which are used to communicate complex concepts of system behavior and structure.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

M.S. degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
Experience with autonomous robotic systems, SysML and Cameo Enterprise Architect and/or MagicDraw.
Experience applying UL 4600, ISO-26262, MIL-STD-882, or similar safety specifications and applying model-based analysis and simulation using tools such as MATLAB.
Eligible for a SECRET level security clearance.
