Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.

Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.

Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and postimplementation phases of the projects assigned.

Perform risk management and change management on projects.

Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.

Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope.

Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.

Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan.

Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

Write code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations.

Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Requires five years of experience in the following:

Delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery

Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope

Working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products

Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones

Working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies

Working with multiple teams across an org to drive cross-team initiatives that spans multiple products and business needs

Communicating with all stakeholders and partners – including senior leadership – to drive transparency and clarity.
