- Diagnose and resolve application-based issues as well as associated hardware issues
- Maintain organized and detailed customer data using a CRM (customer relationship management) system, NetSuite, including both trouble tickets as well as ongoing project & implementation progress
- Travel to client locations for on-site software installation and training
- Work with customers to coordinate and install updates and upgrades
- Collaborate with department members and development staff to serve clients
- Test software upgrades and customizations
- Troubleshoot mobile computing devices, barcode scanners, thermal printers, and other peripheral devices
- Work effectively with our clients to devise solutions and maintain / develop strong working relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical or Science oriented Associate’s degree or equivalent computer coursework
- Knowledge of databases and how they integrate with other platforms
- IIS and/or SQL experience helpful
- Ability to perform basic PC software and hardware installations, including loading applications and hardware drivers
- Ability to travel 1 week per month with some periods requiring light travel and others requiring heavier travel.
