Job Summary:We are looking for a candidate that is eager to grow and develop their Talent Acquisition career, within a rapidly developing and growing Healthcare IT/Software Development company. This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will work with various Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership across multiple projects and departments. The ideal candidate will have a background in full life-cycle technical recruiting and the ability to identify top technical talent, strategically. This role will help to grow and ensure Sparksoft’s success in the form of screening and hiring top talent.Responsibilities:- Post and manage job openings on Sparksoft’s various job boards, career page, LinkedIn, etc.
- Identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions
- Use talent acquisition software to keep track of and manage open positions through the recruiting life cycle
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Communicate with candidates promptly and effectively
- Work with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to manage overall recruiting needs
- Participate in various talent acquisition events
- Help to fulfill strategic hiring needs within the organization and specific industry needs
- Utilize strategic and outside-the-box thinking/recruiting to identify technical talent
- Meet various recruiting goals and metrics on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
- 5 to 8 years of full-life cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience using various Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and have a quick turn-around-time mentality
- Technical recruiting experience in the Federal Government contracting space
- Healthcare IT Recruiting experience
- 5 to 8 years of technical recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience
