- Hands-on technical writing and editing experience, with specific experience in documenting processes and procedures;
- Ability to draft, edit and/or re-write streamlined standards, policies and process flows for use by IT, operational and administrative staff • Experience in facilitating effective requirements gathering sessions, developing action plans, and generating new policy and internal controls for agency consumption.
- Experience with desktop publishing tools;
- Strong understanding of document formatting and presentation techniques;
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
- Superior attention to detail;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, focus on rapport-building, listening, and interviewing skills;
- Ability to conduct research on State and federal regulations and other areas, as required;
- Ability to concisely and effectively provide verbal and written reports to senior leadership on a regular basis;
