- Updating Master Payroll Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working with payroll staff, payroll supervisor and/or payroll manager to
- Revising current timekeeping employee/manager job aids to reflect new version changes
- Revising current timekeeping administrator SOPs to reflect the new version changes
- Familiarity with technologies related to timekeeping and payroll functions
- Experienced and knowledgeable in observing processes and documenting for various audiences from end user to system administrator, 5+ Years.
- Working knowledge of enterprise sized Timekeeping and ERP Systems, 3+ Years.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and screen capture apps such as Snag-it, 5+ Years.
- Training, certifications, or education related to technical writing is preferable.
- Possess general knowledge of financial functions of Timekeeping, Payroll, Account Receivables/Payables, and Accounting.
- Possess an elevated level of attention to detail.
- Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Be skilled in planning, organizing work and setting priorities.
- Work well in change environment maintaining a strong positive perspective.
