Tree Service Labor- Entry Level & Experienced (Start Immediately)

Job description:

We are hiring a full tree service crew: climbers, grounds men, drivers, and general laborers. We're building a brand-new team and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join us. Whether you're experienced or looking to get started in outdoor work, we want to hear from you.

Positions we’re hiring for (pay varies by experience and role):

- Tree Climbers: around $300 per day/$37.5 an hour

- Grounds Men/ Brush Handlers/Drivers: around $180 per day/$22.50 an hour

Pay may vary based on experience, skill level, and reliability. Raises available based on performance.

Job duties may include:

- Climbing or operating bucket trucks to trim and remove trees

- Using chainsaws, wood chippers, and rigging equipment

- Dragging brush, loading trucks, and keeping job sites clean

- Supporting climbers and drivers on the ground

- Driving crew and equipment

What we’re looking for:

- Dependable, hard-working people who show up ready to work

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Must be able to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

- A valid driver’s license is preferred (CDL is a bonus)

- Tree work or landscaping experience is helpful but not required

- Willingness to learn and grow with the crew
