Unarmed Security Guard (Mobile Patrol)

ICS Security has immediate openings for security officers in the White Plains, MD area. We offer benefits after a 90 day probationary period, and a 401k with company matching after employees have been with us for one (1) year, and federal holidays receive holiday pay.

The site for this posting is MOBILE, and requires a valid driver's license as well as your own vehicle.

Pay rate: $18

Essential Functions

While duties may vary from site to site, the most common duties include:

Standing for the duration of the shift (excludes mobile shifts)

Acting as a deterrent for theft, vandalism, loitering, etc.

Writing daily activity reports

Observing and reporting incidents to supervisors and clients

And most importantly, providing peace of mind to the communities which we serve

Work Experience

Required Experience:

Less than 1 year

Our company is open to those who do not have experience working in security. We have several positions that are great for getting your foot in the door. However, as a bare minimum, we do require the following:

Reliable transportation

A clear criminal and driving record - since all of our guards will be expected to apply for a guard card, we cannot employ those with domestic violence or felony charges, or those currently on probation

A valid driver's license - we often have mobile shifts, which require a valid (meaning non-expired) driver's license
