USAMMDA is the largest Department of Defense's (DoD) medical materiel development activity designed to protect and preserve the lives of Warfighters.  USAMMDA develops, modernizes, procures, and fields new drugs, vaccines, medical devices and support equipment that enhances readiness, ensuring the provision of the highest quality medical care to the DoD and maximizing survival of medical casualties on the battlefield.The Contractor shall support all aspects of management of organizational manpower documents and reports. Support shall include the receipt, interpretation, coordination, and dissemination of all guidance and policy concerning manpower management and measurement; maintenance of the organizational TDA; coordination of organizational reorganizations and realignments; and the production of reports and briefings regarding unit strength and manpower data. The Contractor shall complete the monthly maintenance of the faces to spaces tasker, monthly strength reports to USAMRDC and the Ft. Detrick Army Garrison.  Annual TDA taskers to include restructure and realignment of positions. The Contractor shall coordinate USAMMDA manpower studies and serve as the liaison between the USAMMDA managers and the study point of contacts.  The Contractor shall work within the Force Management System Web (FMS Web) TDA system to pull and track the status of previous and current TDA submissions.
