Utility Operators, Pipe Layers and Laborers

Established Utility Contractor looking for experienced Operators, Pipe Layers and Laborers for Water, Sewer and Storm Drain installation in the Washington Metro area. (5) years experience preferred for Operators and Pipe Layers and (1) year experience preferred for Laborer. Year around work with NO winter lay-offs. Must have own transportation.
