Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay: $60,000- $65,000 per year based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday every other Saturday 2:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Logistics Manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible to meet department productivity and quality goals. Complete Human Resources paper work and other administrative tasks as assignedCoordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables. Coordinate with Logistics Manager for appropriate staffing levelsDirect staff in the development, analysis and performance of job task. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problemsConduct interviews, hire new staff and provide employee orientation. Coach and provide career development advice to staffResponsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations. Schedule and conduct staff meetings to include attending LM meetings and monthly review meetings with the SLMADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the safety and welfare of the staff, this includes OSHA training, forklift training, MAZ Mat training, etc.Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysisEstablish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviewsCommunicate with other Supervisors and ManagersServe on committees and teams as department representativePerforms other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree Related field (or equivalent experience will be considered).EXPERIENCEThree (3) years or more experience 1-3 years Warehouse ReceivingSKILLSStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practicesKNOWLEDGEUser knowledge of SAP; advanced level.User lever knowledge of Windows and MS Office; advanced level.LICENSESTRAVELNoneThe customer on this account requires all personnel to be fully vaccinated, with exceptions only as required by law.
