84732BRJob Title:Warehouse Worker/Product ReturnsLocation:Performance Maryland (0640)Job Description:We currently have an open position for a Warehouse Worker/Product Returns Associate:1) Monday - Friday's 8am to FinishThe position will perform the following duties:

Review damage sheets and damaged products to see what is salvageable

Re-box and re-label when possible and return the product to inventory

Sort returns and recoup salvageable product

Recoup product in the slots before it becomes damaged

Find opportunities for shrink improvement

Communicate with IC and Buyers on packaging or stacking issues from vendor

Put away dry, cooler, and frozen returns, keeping slots clear of products put away in incorrect slots

Maintain the quality of perishable products by ensuring proper rotation, monitor expirations dates, and communicate with inventory control any concerns.

Relay issues of short-dated product to inventory control and handle product as necessary

Put away all returns each day

Keep equipment neat and organized (pallets, blankets, ice cream bags)

Any other duties requested by supervision

Adhere to company safety policies and procedures

Keep returns area clean
