Webex EngineeringChevy Chase – MDFULLTIME/Permanent Remote till Covid Job Description/Responsibilities : Knowledge of networks and networking protocols (such as TCP/IP and HTTP)• Installation, configuration and management of Cisco Expressway Core appliances, and integration with MS Exchange infrastructure with the help of in-house Exchange team.• Install, manage and troubleshoot Cisco AD DirSync.• Knowledge of Cisco Webex Meetings and Events• Knowledge of Cisco Webex Calling and Teams• Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration products and hardware such as video endpoints, including Room Kits, Webex Boards, and devices• Knowledge of Cisco Webex Calling - install, upgrade, and migration procedures• Knowledge of CUCM, UCXN, IMP, UCCX and Expressways;• Design and deployment, management, and troubleshooting issues related to Cisco Webex hardware mentioned above, and Cisco Control Hub center (user management, compliance, reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting).
