Welder - Fabricator

IATESTA STUDIO is a home furniture and lighting manufacturer located in Stevensville, Maryland 10 minutes outside of Annapolis. Our team of talented Craftspeople and Artisans create beautiful products that are handmade in the USA and sold to top interior designers and architects throughout the world.

We are seeking a Welder - Fabricator to join our team of artisans creating metal furniture and lighting in a creative work environment.

Our Welder - Fabricator team members are required to have the following skills and abilities to be successful each day

Have 3 to 5 years of fabricating and highly proficient TIG welding experience

Precisely measure, cut, bend and roll metal materials

Interpret scaled shop drawings

Follow templates, cut lists, jigs, and other tools to complete projects efficiently and on time

Read a tape measure accurately

Take mentoring and direction well

Collaborate effectively as a detail-oriented team player

Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a good attitude and positive vibes

Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance on a regular basis, and more with the assistance of others

Available to work FULL-TIME ONSITE in our Studio.

Hours are 6am to 4:45pm Monday through Thursday.

We don’t offer remote positions, contract work, or gig work.

Our Artisans enjoy a 4-day workweek!
