This leader will be a strong meeting facilitator and a talent development subject matter expert.Basic Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred in business, human services, public administration, social work, or related field. Bachelor’s degree with commensurate experience will be considered. Minimum of 10 years previous workforce development experience, overseeing workforce, human services, government, education or social impact initiatives. Must enjoy fast pace and challenging/target driven environments Proven ability to prepare customer senior leadership with analytics and insightful data that aligns to workforce strategy Passion for economic mobility and demonstrates strong political and social acumen Knowledge of the national/federal workforce development system, trends and ability to apply this knowledge to implement practical solutions Exemplary customer service and meeting facilitation skillsDesired Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to present project results and recommendations to customer groups Strong project management and coordination skills with an ability to plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed Ability to conduct strategic consulting, working with customer to identify and assess workforce development needs and facilitate solutions; includes ability to listen to cutomer needs and collaborate on customized solutions Ability to understand internal corporate integration points and downstream impacts Leads and integrates well across teams, organizations and multiple business areas Ability to influence internal stakeholders and work in a multi-layered complex organization Ability to solve strategic and practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to organize thoughts, ideas and information in a presentation format is required Strong analytical skills, able to project, track, and report business results Must be able to see big picture and identify and communicate insightful workforce analytics that align to external and internal workforce initiatives Proficient in public speaking, outreach and partnership development Excellent organization, planning and decision-making skills essential, as is the ability to balance the needs of the business and the employees in preparing for the future of work Attention to detail is a must and ability to provide accurate data Strong team player, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work across cultures and regions Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativenessBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
