This role focuses on uncovering and expanding revenue streams across a comprehensive set of brand, content, demand, and intent offerings to a designated territory of top customers and prospects.At Informa TechTarget, an Account Director will play a vital role in growing Informa TechTarget's integrated product portfolio. In this role, the Account Director will manage a territory within our top 200 customer cohort with a focus on client retention and customer expansion.Key Responsibilities:You will be assigned to a team that focuses on our top 75-100 accounts within Enterprise Tech and works closely with sales leadership. The goal is to drive revenue growth by expanding our footprint within assigned accounts through upselling at the product level or cross-selling into new lines of business.Actively prospect into assigned accounts with the goal of multithreading, upselling, and cross-selling. You will work to expand business within current accounts and break into new areas, increasing our footprint and enhancing customer relationships.Your role will have a dual focus: delivering on revenue targets through renewals and executing strategies to convert new business opportunities into revenue.
