Accounts Payable Specialist:

Do you have Accounts Payable experience and are you looking for a new opportunity? This temp to hire Accounts Payable Specialist with a manufacturing organization in Great Barrington could be your next role.

This is a great opportunity to leverage your skills to help the company with a project to automate their invoice processes. You will also handle cash applications, payables coding, and processing of wire transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments into accounting system
• Research issues that arise with payments
• Work with the accounting team to resolve any misapplication of payments
• Match A/P invoices to statements/invoices
• Code invoices to proper account
• Enter invoices into accounting system
• Perform account reconciliations as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Accounts Payable
• Strong data entry skills

The pay rate for this temp to hire position is$20-$23 per hour based on experience.
